How do I book a flight?
Go to our Flights page, enter your origin, destination, date and passenger count, then click Search. Select your preferred flight, fill in passenger details, and pay securely via Paystack or Mobile Money. Your e-ticket arrives instantly.
What airlines do you work with?
We partner with Passionair for real-time domestic and regional flights in Ghana and West Africa. Routes include Accra ↔ Kumasi, Tamale, Takoradi, and international connections via Lagos, Abidjan, and Lomé.
What is a PNR?
A PNR (Passenger Name Record) is your unique flight reservation code. It's generated as soon as you fill in passenger details — before payment — to hold your seat. Complete payment within the TTL window to issue your e-ticket.
Can I cancel or change my flight?
Cancellation and change policies depend on your fare type. Basic Economy has restricted changes; Standard and Flexible fares allow modifications. Contact us at info@bookingingh.com within the cancellation window.
How do I get my e-ticket?
Your e-ticket is emailed instantly after successful payment. You can also download it from My Bookings in your account, or use Check Booking with your reference number.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa/Mastercard (via Paystack), MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, and bank transfer. All payments are secured with 256-bit SSL.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. We use Paystack — Ghana's leading payment processor — which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We never store your card details.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS). For international transactions, your bank may apply a foreign exchange conversion.
When will I be charged?
Payment is processed immediately at the time of booking. Your seat is only fully confirmed after successful payment.
Hotels & Tours
How do I book a hotel?
Visit the Hotels page, search by destination and dates, select a hotel, choose your room, and complete payment. Confirmation is sent to your email immediately.
Can I book a tour for a group?
Yes! Most tours have a maximum group size. Enter your group size when searching. For large groups (10+), please contact us directly for customized pricing.
What's included in tour packages?
Tour inclusions vary by package. Each tour page clearly lists what's included (transport, guide, entrance fees, meals) and excluded. Check the tour details before booking.
Account & Support
Do I need an account to book?
You need an account to manage bookings and access your e-tickets. Registration is free and takes under a minute. You can also sign in with Google.
How do I become a travel agent?
Visit the Agent Registration page, fill in your details, and submit your application. We'll review and activate your account within 24 hours. You'll earn up to 10% commission on bookings.
How do I contact support?

What if I don't receive my e-ticket?
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, log in and go to My Bookings, or use the Check Booking page with your reference number. Contact support if still not resolved.
