BookingInGh strives to provide the best booking experience. This policy explains when and how refunds are processed for flights, hotels, and tours booked through our platform.
Flight Refunds

Hotel Refunds
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before check-in: Full refund minus GHS 50 processing fee
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in: First night charge applies, remainder refunded
- No-show: No refund
- Some properties have their own cancellation policies โ check the listing before booking
Tour Refunds
- Cancellations 48+ hours before tour date: Full refund minus GHS 25 processing fee
- Cancellations 24โ48 hours before: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before: No refund
- Tour operator cancellation: Full refund + GHS 50 compensation
Service Fees
The GHS 50 service fee charged by BookingInGh is non-refundable in all cases, as it covers booking processing, e-ticket issuance, and customer support.
How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your account โ My Bookings โ Select booking โ Request Cancellation
- Or email info@bookingingh.com with your booking reference
- Refunds are processed within 5โ10 business days to your original payment method
- Mobile Money refunds: 1โ3 business days
