📋 Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BookingInGh.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

BookingInGh.com provides an online travel booking platform enabling users to search, compare and book:

• Domestic and international flights via Passionair (Crane OTA)
• Hotel accommodations across Ghana and beyond
• Tour packages and experiences

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include applicable taxes. A service fee of GHS 50 applies per flight booking.

Payment must be completed within the PNR hold period (typically 30 minutes) to confirm your reservation. Unpaid reservations are automatically cancelled.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by booking type and fare class:

• Basic Economy Flights: No refunds. Changes not permitted.
• Standard Flights: Changes allowed with fare difference. Cancellations subject to airline penalty.
• Flexible Flights: Free changes up to 24 hours before departure. Refunds minus airline cancellation fee.
• Hotels: Refund policy as stated on the hotel listing.
• Tours: Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before tour date. No refund for later cancellations.

Service fees are non-refundable. Refunds to original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at info@bookingingh.com.

6. Agent Programme

Travel agents earn commission on bookings made through their referral code. Commission rates are set at our discretion and paid monthly for confirmed (ticketed) bookings only. BookingInGh reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

BookingInGh acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). We are not liable for service failures, cancellations, or changes made by third-party providers.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.
