These Terms explain how BookingInGh.com provides flight, hotel, tour and travel-support services to customers in Ghana and beyond.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, creating an account, requesting a quote, making a booking or paying for travel services, you accept these Terms and the supplier rules attached to your booking.

Our Role

BookingInGh.com is a travel marketplace and booking facilitator. Airlines, hotels, tour operators and payment partners remain responsible for the services they directly provide.

Bookings and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after supplier acceptance and issuance of confirmation details such as a voucher, receipt, invoice, ticket or PNR. Availability and prices can change before confirmation.

Prices and Payments

• Prices may change because of supplier inventory, taxes, exchange rates and fare rules.
• Customers must submit correct names, phone numbers, emails, dates and passenger details.
• Fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse or false information may lead to cancellation and account suspension.

Travel Documents

Passengers are responsible for passports, visas, vaccination cards, permits, transit requirements and compliance with airline or border rules.

Changes and Cancellations

All booking changes, cancellations and no-shows are controlled by supplier rules. Penalties, fare differences and service charges may apply.

Limitation of Liability

BookingInGh.com is not liable for schedule changes, delays, denied boarding, visa refusal, weather disruption, supplier insolvency, government restrictions or losses caused by incorrect customer information.

Intellectual Property

The BookingInGh.com name, design, content, software, travel pages and brand assets may not be copied, resold or reused without written permission.
